The "Oakview Residence" is a premier two-story private estate nestled in the serene Hill Country on the periphery of Austin, Texas. Spanning a lush five-acre plot, this architectural masterpiece serves as a sophisticated bridge between grand indoor living and the expansive, natural Texan landscape.

The design features a striking synthesis of rugged, local stone masonry and refined, high-performance aluminum fenestration. As showcased in our featured images, the two-story primary structure is defined by floor-to-ceiling glass systems that flood the interior with natural light while framing the iconic Texas sky. The layout centers around an expansive, interconnected outdoor courtyard, where our precision-engineered doors and window walls create a seamless, effortless transition between the residence’s luxury interiors and the open-air pavilion and garage spaces. Building in Central Texas presents unique demands:

• Climatic Extremes: Intense UV radiation and temperatures often exceeding 100°F (38°C) require superior thermal resilience.

• Structural Demands: Creating expansive, floor-to-ceiling glass walls requires high-strength framing that remains sleek and minimalist.

• Indoor-Outdoor Flow: The client required smooth, effortless transitions between living spaces and the outdoor concrete courtyard.
