• A Surprisingly large project rises under the radar at 49th&Spruce, the building named Olympic Tower Apartments. The project calls for 150 units, 41 car spaces, and 63 bike spaces in an eight-story building.

• This building pairs a stone material on the first floor with more contemporary-looking metal panels, mixing in reds along with more neutral tones. The vibe of this building is a bit unusual, perhaps due to the juxtaposition between the first-floor cladding and the panels above.

• The building brings us impressive not only on the facade but also the new concept for high-quality materials and design on the interior. There's not much being built as that does. It doesn’t quite capture the same feel as the older buildings in the neighborhood. It will attract new residential groups and new life. What I heard the secret is, its neighborhood is planning a huge new concept retail store for the new generation

• The potential chance is coming with this building. We can’t imagine how many young people's dreams will light up and how many new buildings will be proposed in the coming years.

Challenge:

• To meet the requirements for large-size openings and the upper limit 4 inches of apartment window openings.

• the outer frame must extend to 4 inches (100mm) and include the addition of a mesh screen.

The Solution:

1：Topbright has developed two new systems. The first system is a fixed plus top-hung window that meets the upper limit requirement of 4 inches for apartments. This window also includes a fly screen, and the larger size can be fixed or opened.

2：Topbright has also developed a storefront system where the glass is installed at the factory and transported to the site as a finished product. This system only requires buckling and installation on each piece at the site, reducing installation costs and improving efficiency. It also makes on-site installation management easier.

3：Topbright offer a Door-To-Door shipping service which is more convenient, secure, and cost savings. It is more secure due to fewer people handling the package, reducing the risk of damage or loss. Moreover, it streamlines the shipping process, saving time and lowering overall shipping costs.
