Spectacular floor-to-ceiling view window walls are easily achieved with TB 152. The 1/2" sight line and standard 6" depth make it easy to achieve a stylish urban aesthetic. For clean design lines, the system has board to board applications with integrated board edges. This system provides an attractive appearance for any type of application and is suitable for single and porous openings or ribbon Windows. No longer having to make sealant from outside greatly saves on labor costs and can incorporate vertical expansion of truly customized applications as needed.
2. Superior Thermal Performance:
Thermal performance is enhanced by our thermal break treatment. Factory supplied pouring and de-bridging hot cracking involves pouring liquid polyurethane into a cavity or hot bag to harden it, then cutting away a small portion of the aluminum opposite the pouring area to completely separate the outside aluminum from the inside aluminum. This thermal barrier improves U coefficient and resistance to condensation, and also means fewer parts need to be cut and assembled.
In addition, thermal fracture process is used to eliminate the expansion and contraction of polyurethane. During pre-pouring operation, the aluminum is cut into the cavity increment at a predetermined Angle. Cutting the aluminum produces a positive interlock in the polyurethane before it hardens, eliminating any possibility of shrinkage. The mechanical lock is combined with a polyurethane and aluminum adhesive to form a composite section that is used to meet the design wind load.

TB 152 system offers the choice of stock length or factory fabrication and can be shipped knocked down.In addition, the system can be preassembled and pre-glazed under controlled shop conditions that save time compared to field construction. Pre-glaze units are installed from the interior of the building to minimize weather delays and reduce the need for scaffolds and lift equipment faster installation on site.Our non-strutted system is engineered for disassembly making recycling and reuse a reality.Unique waterproof design, continuous weather stripping this ensures that there are no gaps or openings for water and other elements to enter the interior.

The bottom is designed with four seals. After rainwater enters the system from the outside, it will permeate into the waterproof sponge and then flow back to the outside through the front drainage hole.Also apply sealant to each bottom track connection.
