The JEN River Tropical Beach Condominiums is a luxury villa development located along the coastline of Rayong, Thailand. Designed as a premium holiday retreat, the project features contemporary tropical architecture inspired by the region’s coastal environment. The buildings incorporate multi-layered facades, deep roof overhangs, and generous balconies that work together to enhance natural ventilation and protect the interiors from sun exposure.

 

Surrounded by abundant greenery and beachside landscapes, the development offers residents a relaxed, resort-style living experience with seamless indoor–outdoor transitions.

     

Challenges

1. Coastal Weather & Corrosion

 

The villas sit close to the sea, where humidity, salt, and heat can easily damage standard aluminum and hardware.

 

2. Wide Openings for Views & Ventilation

 

The design required large folding and sliding doors that stay smooth, stable, and well-sealed in a tropical climate.

 

3. Consistent Installation Across All Units

 

Different wall conditions and slab levels made it difficult to achieve accurate alignment and airtight performance.

We used corrosion-resistant aluminum, stainless-steel hardware, and EPDM gaskets designed for tropical coastal environments.

Heavy-duty rollers, strong profiles, and multi-point locking ensured smooth operation, good sealing, and long-term durability.
