The entrance gate of Villa Daran is meticulously guarded and exudes an air of luxury. The guest rooms beautifully blend Southeast Asian style, with the backdrop of a serene blue sea and sky, all while being embraced by lush greenery. The restrooms are designed with multi-panel folding doors, providing a seamless connection between the interior and exterior when fully opened. Along the infinity pool that stretches along the coastline, you'll find a complete set of Bulgari toiletries, adding to the exquisite beauty of the surroundings.

This two-story vacation villa features a ground floor that seamlessly connects to a spacious swimming pool, complete with a built-in temperature control system. Standing on the second floor, one can enjoy breathtaking views of the sunset over the seaside. Topbright has specially designed a set of anti-pinch folding doors for this villa project, ensuring convenient operation and safety for users. Emphasizing the essence of authenticity and local charm, Villa Daran offers a truly native experience that captures the essence of the locale.

     

Challenges:

1. As per the customer's specifications, the hardware components for the folding doors should be designed to seamlessly accommodate multiple panels, enabling effortless one-touch operation for opening and closing, while prioritizing safety to prevent any pinching incidents.

2. The aim is to achieve energy efficiency by incorporating low-E (low emissivity) and low U-value features into the villa's design while preserving its aesthetic appeal.

Solutions:

1. Topbright has implemented the CMECH hardware system( local brand from United States) to ensure a smooth transmission system for the entire folding door. In conjunction with other hardware components, this system enables easy one-touch opening and closing. Additionally, an automotive-grade waterproof rubber strip has been incorporated to ensure excellent sealing while also serving as an anti-pinch feature.

2. To ensure the safety of the doors and windows throughout the entire villa, Topbright choose SCG (a state-owned, top 3 brand in China) low-E glass for the folding doors ensures a transparent appearance while maintaining excellent light transmission and protecting the privacy of the customers. The engineering team has designed the entire folding door system with a superior load-bearing capacity, providing enhanced resistance against door panel collapse and falling.
