1.This unique boutique project is set in a dominant position right above the beautiful sandy beach of St.Martin, the 6 Villas are spread over 3 buildings with 12 apartments each, Each villa has a living area of over 165 m2 with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a large living room with open plan designer kitchen and a very spacious terrace with a private plunge pool. The roof's geodesic shape design enhances its technological appeal, particularly when illuminated by evening lighting.

2. These townhouses are strategically nestled on the mountainside, carefully arranged in a cascading fashion, guaranteeing that every villa offers an awe-inspiring vista of the stunning Caribbean Sea when its doors swing open. It features large sliding doors that provide access to the magnificent covered patio and lounge area overviewing the pool area. Each of the four bedrooms, boasting king-size beds, opens to the terrace, inviting you to wake up to the soothing ocean views. Just a few metres from the sea, you can reach the beach via a path in 1 minute.
