1: Discover the epitome of luxury living at this exquisite 4-story apartment complex nestled in the vicinity of #745 Beverly Hills. Each floor boasts 8 private rooms, offering residents a serene retreat. The street-facing rooms boast an architectural marvel with 90°corner sliding doors that seamlessly connect to spacious terraces. Expansive fixed windows bathe the interiors in natural light, illuminating the stylish interiors.

2: Stepping onto the terrace, residents are greeted by breathtaking views of the surrounding neighborhood. The fixed windows, meticulously designed with large glass panels, flood the interiors with an abundance of natural light, accentuating the exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail. From sunrise to sunset, residents can indulge in the captivating scenery of Beverly Hills, as the glass railings adorned with elegant LED light strips create a mesmerizing ambiance that transcends day and night.

       

Challenges:

1. Customer requests a 90-degree corner sliding door in white powder-coated color, without mullion, with excellent sealing for insulation and soundproofing. Meanwhile easy to operate in a sliding motion. For a 90-degree corner fixed window without mullion, there are specific requirements for design and construction techniques.

2.The client requested an outdoor card-swipe and indoor panic-bar multifunctional opening commercial door system. The Commercial swing doors equipped with an electronic lock system that includes 40 cards. Additionally, an external card reader is incorporated for access control purposes.

Solutions:

1. The engineer is overseeing the craftsmanship of the corner sliding door, utilizing a combination of 6mm low-emissivity (Low-E) glass, 12mm air gap, and another layer of 6mm tempered glass. This configuration ensures excellent insulation, thermal efficiency, and waterproofing. The door is designed for easy operation, complemented by a single-point lock, enabling effortless opening from both the interior and exterior.

2.The fixed window corner is seamlessly treated with a perfect junction of double-layer insulated glass, creating a visually attractive outcome and achieving an excellent aesthetic effect.

3.Customized hardware accessories were processed and a new testing system was implemented to meet the requirements for outdoor card-swipe and indoor panic-bar opening.
