NIR Home is a luxury villa project in Temecula, California, completed in 2025. Topbright provided a full aluminum window and door solution using the TP80 thermal-break system with triple-glazed, double-silver Low-E glass to enhance insulation and energy efficiency in the region’s hot inland climate. Large panoramic sliding doors maximize natural light and indoor–outdoor connection, while reinforced 2.0 mm frames and premium hardware ensure wind resistance and long-term performance.
