1. Preparation before the Canton Fair

A. Visa: Initiate your visa application process at least two months prior to the fair. Begin by contacting the nearest Chinese consulate or embassy. Important note: Baiyun Airport in Guangzhou has reinstated the 144-hour transit visa exemption policy for Guangdong province. Passengers who meet the policy requirements and possess confirmed onward tickets or relevant documents for transit to a third country or region within 144 hours may apply for visa-free transit at Baiyun International Airport. B. Invitation: You can obtain it either from an exhibitor or directly from the Canton Fair by using the E-invitation application.

C. Registration and Badge: Save time and avoid long queues by pre-registering online. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation that you can present to collect your entry badge.

2.Accommodation and Transportation

A. Accommodation: In addition to making early reservations, it is advisable to select a hotel located near a metro station. This will provide convenient access to the fairground, as it is easily reachable via the metro system.

B. Transportation:

Airport: If you are flying to the Canton Fair, the nearest airport is Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. From the airport, you can take a taxi or the metro to reach the fairgrounds.

Metro: Guangzhou has a well-developed metro network, allowing you to conveniently travel to the Canton Fair by subway. The closest metro station is Pazhou Station (Line 2), which is within walking distance of the fairgrounds.

Taxi/Ride-hailing: You have the option to take a taxi or ride-hailing service to reach the Canton Fair. Simply provide the driver with the address, and they will take you to the fairgrounds.
