Challenge:

1. Sustainability and Environmental consideration, this project design to meet the Green Building Standards, it desired facade exterior wall with architectural design and aesthetics while adhering to safety and building code requirements.

2. Timeline: The project had a tight timeline, which required Topbright to work quickly and efficiently to produce the needed curtain wall panels and coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely installation, while still maintaining the highest quality standards.

3. Budget and Cost Control, this five star hotel with estimating project costs and stays within budget is a continuous challenge,while balancing quality and cost-effectiveness on materials and construction and installation methods.

Solution:

1. Energy-efficient façade materials can help in regulating the temperature within the hotel, reducing heating and cooling costs, as Perth's weather conditions are unpredictable and challenging, with high winds and rain being a common occurrence. Based on calculations by engineers and simulated tests, Topbright team designed a new unitized curtain wall system for this project.

2. To ensure project progress and enhance installation speed and accuracy, our team provides on-site installation guidance. coordinate with installer equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to overcome challenges that may arise during the installation phase.
