Project Overview

Delta-X Global’s renovation of 1964 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY (Eastman Business Park) uses a high-performance aluminum panel façade combined with custom factory-built door and window systems. Topbright supplied modular insulated glazing units (IGUs) and curtain/cover panels engineered for durability, thermal control and architectural consistency.

The façade strategy combines high-performance T6-temper aluminum panel systems with factory-built window modules based on the TP65 thermal-break top-hung (awning/top-hung casement) window family.

Challenges

1-Complying with New York state/local energy & fenestration requirements.

2-Meeting lab/test room needs for airtightness, condensation control and acoustics.

3- Working in an occupied site with limited crane/installation windows.
